METRO SÃO PAULO
The metro runs from 4 h 40 until midnight on weekdays and Sundays (depending on the stop) and until 1 am on Saturdays. The ticket entitles you to a connection with connection. The peak of attendance is between 8 a. m. and 9 p. m. in the morning and 18 p. m. and 19 p. m. in the evening. There are taxi stations at every metro outlet if you have to return the night to your hotel. Keep your bags in front of you due to pickpockets and take care of the exit of the resorts (Liberdade, etc.) after 22 h. In general, the São Paulo metro is practical, safe, fast and clean. It is modern and secure, very popular. Underground stations and underground stations are almost new, rather pleasant and well designed. The frequencies are excellent. Beware of rush hours, advise claustrophobes!
Two main lines are indicated for tourists: The. azul (north-south) and the verde verde. They cross at Paraiso station. A third line is still interesting for visitors, the yellow, which passes through Luz, Republica, Consolação, Pinheiros and goes to Butantã park.
