BIKE SAMPA
Since 2012, the town of Sampa has a public bike service like our French Vélib. The number of stations is increasing gradually, but there are already many (one hundred). On the Internet or with Bike Sampa for smartphones, it is possible to consult the nearest station and to know on-line the number of bikes and free places available thanks to the wifi system. The use is less easy for tourists, but it is always possible for prior registration on the Internet - a credit card number will be requested as collateral. You will also need a mobile phone to be able to remove the bike, those equipped with a smartphone can use the Bike Sampa application directly.
