Apfel has been serving organic food in Sampa for several years. The restaurant is a small vegetarian restaurant that serves dishes made from organic ingredients, most of which come from the owner's farm. The buffet is varied and creative with different recipes throughout the week. To end on a sweet note: you can try pear and fig pie, pumpkin cake, carrot pastry... The place is both simple and pleasant, in keeping with the organic and sustainable spirit of the house.
