TARTAR&CO
We really find everything in São Paulo, including tartars! For those who have the saudade of France and who dream of sending some raw meat like in a good Parisian brewery, this restaurant is cut for you. On the menu: beef tartars with a knife, but also oysters, fried foie gras and other sirens. But also recipes revisited with local ingredients, such as the mango salmon tartar and lawyer, or the tartare of tuna in brunoise salt… a delight. It is French Chef Erick Jacquin who is in the kitchen, very well known here since he is part of the jury of the Reality television Show. The restaurant is well located in Pinheiros, not far from the metro, both connected, elegant and cool. Beautiful address.
