The Japanese community in Brazil is the largest in the world. This museum managed by the Brazilian Society of Japanese Culture gathers several documents and objects related to the arrival of the Japanese in Brazil during the first half of the 20th century, to their daily life, to the arrival of Japanese companies later and to the cultural exchange between the two countries. Letters, newspapers, books, everyday objects, paintings and 10,000 photos are available to visitors.
