OCA
The OCA's white dome in Ibirapuera Park, home to a wide variety of temporary exhibitions
When you see the white dome of the OCA (or Pavilhão Lucas Nogueira Garcez), you wonder if the architect Oscar Niemeyer is responsible for this curious and beautiful project. And the answer is yes, of course! The architect realized it in 1954 and one could think that he was already training for the construction of Brasília. The name oca refers to the indigenous habitat, so called and built in the same round format. Located in the Ibirapuera Park, the OCA is a place where a wide variety of temporary exhibitions are held
