If you're not much of a camper, the Central ilhabela hostel is the most economical option on the island. It is located not far from the ferry landing in the center, perfect for non-motorized people. It's a nice house that has been converted into a hostel, with very nice common areas, a small swimming pool (not very useful), a garden with barbecue, animated in the evening. Private and family rooms, comfortable, well decorated. Wi-fi and parking. Marcus, the host and his team welcome guests with great professionalism. Recommended.
