Waterfall open to visitors, inviting you to take a hike on easy, well-marked access, almost 7 km of walking

The cachoeira (waterfall) da Toca has been open to visitors since 1967. It is located in the fazenda da Toca, which gave it its name. The start of the hike is next to the gate of the parque estadual, on the road that goes to Castelhanos beach. It takes about 7 km of walking to reach the waterfall, but the access is easy and well marked. On site: climbing, tree climbing and abseiling (for a fee). A 30 m long natural slide to have fun! On the way, you can see the last working "engenho" (mill) on the island.
