For Korean food lovers, this festival is for you! Come and discover the dakgalbi and maguksu of Chuncheon.
Every year, the city of Chuncheon highlights two of the local culinary specialties through this festival: Dakgalbi (marinated chicken sautéed in a spicy sauce with vegetables and tteok) and Makguksu (buckwheat noodles served in a cold broth) . You can take part in their elaboration at your leisure, watch the cooking competition or, and this is certainly the best option, taste the preparations! Notice to the greedy!
