The Cheoksan hot springs area comprises several establishments: the Cheoksan spa, mostly frequented by locals, the Choksan resort, which also includes a hotel and offers a selection of more sophisticated baths, and Cheoksan Foot Bath Parc, a public outdoor foot bath. The springs are reputedly beneficial for a variety of ailments, but are above all an ideal stop-off for relaxing after a hike in Seoraksan Park.
