On the edge of Gangneung in a beautiful natural setting, a traditional house over 200 years old that honours the village cuisine of yesteryear. The tables are quickly covered with a profusion of small coloured dishes that are a delight, both for the eyes and the palate. Mrs. Choi, the owner who lives on the premises, is passionate about traditional cuisine, which is disappearing. Proof of this is that all menus are annotated with their origins (who consumed them and on what occasions). Traditions that are welcomed with open arms
