On the edge of Gangneung in a beautiful natural setting, a traditional house over 200 years old that honours the village cuisine of yesteryear. The tables are quickly covered with a profusion of small coloured dishes that are a delight, both for the eyes and the palate. Mrs. Choi, the owner who lives on the premises, is passionate about traditional cuisine, which is disappearing.
