Stroll to Geumgangsa temple, a beautiful landscape with waterfalls, Jingogae refuge and Mount Dongdaesan.
The walk takes 1 hour to Geumgangsa temple. From here, it's a 2-hour walk through magnificent scenery past 2 waterfalls and a "fairy bath" (Seonnyeotang). Then another 2.5-hour walk to Noinbong (1,338 m), past 3 more waterfalls. The descent to the Jingogae hut takes just over 1 hour. This hut is on the edge of Route 6, in the mountains. From Jingogae, a trail leads over Mount Dongdaesan (1,433 m) and down into the other part of the park to the temples, not far from the Odae hut.
