ULJIN AND MANG-YANG
Go there and contact
Uljin is an average city with no interest. There is in the north of the city a former pavilion located above a lotus basin, the Yeonhojeong, for rainy days… Mang-yang is a beautiful beach south of Uljin, clean with some rocks, isolated from the national highway, equipped with minbaks and fish restaurants. At the beginning, there is a river with fishermen, and then the beach continues along the road. One can take the small route 920 called Haehandoro following the seaside. It's a pretty road, and before and after the village of Jinbok, there are beautiful beaches. There are 2 or 3 minbaks in Jinbok. Lower when one joins Highway 7, lies the beach of Giseong-Mang-yang, nice and clean but a little near the road.
