For those who are fed up with fish, here is a local restaurant (address known to all the islanders), where you can enjoy a yakso bulgogi (Ulleungdo beef is very famous and tasty) as well as honghap bap. One appreciates being able to taste varieties of aromatic herbs that are specific to the island. Especially since the prices are reasonable and the waiters speak a few words of English... no reason to deprive oneself!
