This very popular restaurant serves one of the city's specialties, sundubu jjigae (순두부찌개). This is one of the many soups/stews of Korean gastronomy. The main ingredient in this spicy dish is tofu, which is as light and creamy as a cloud. As well as being a real treat, it's very surprising for Western palates unaccustomed to eating it in this way.
