Training center for young people in the spirit of the Hwarang, the "teenage flowers" of the Silla nobility.
The Hwarang Centre used to be a training centre for youth. All this in the spirit of the Hwarang, these "flower-teenagers" of the Silla nobility who were trained according to a model somewhat comparable to that practiced in Sparta. Their training included archery, wrestling, ethics, military strategy, literature and so on. Further on, the Tong-iljeon is the reunification hall erected in 1977 to commemorate the great men of Silla who achieved the unification of the kingdom. Rich in history and very interesting.
