A veritable Busan institution, this well-known (and therefore quite touristy) restaurant has been open since 1948. It specializes in wandang (a kind of thin-skinned Korean dumpling ) served in an unspiced but very fragrant soup/broth. Different versions are available, but we recommend the one with udong (thick noodles). You can order one of the sets and accompany your wandang with kimbap or yubu chobap (rice stuffed into a fried tofu shell). A place where you can eat well and cheaply.
