In this restaurant, we taste something surprising that is mostly eaten in Asia. It's small, hooked and cartilaginous... so? Yes, you've probably guessed it, it's chicken noodles! Koreans love it, especially as an accompaniment to their national soju. Served spicy and caramelized in gochujang and soy sauce, they're really good!
