A fortress with a sea view and a 17 km-long wall around Geumjeongsan Mountain, four large restored gates remain.

The wall of this fortress is 17 km long around the Geumjeongsan mountain. Built from 1703 to 1807, only four large restored doors remain. There is not much to admire, except a beautiful view of the sea. Some hermitages exist inside the fortress. It is pleasant to stay in this beautiful bucolic setting while you are in the middle of Busan (avoid weekends). The cable car that takes you to the top offers a magnificent view of the city.
