It is the most popular beach in Busan and most certainly in all of Korea. Koreans rush there every summer. It has the particularity of blending into the city. The waterfront is equipped with hotels, amusement parks and restaurants. One might expect uglier with such a description. The beach is 1.5 km long and 30-50m wide and remains beautiful, the white sand is quite clean and the water is clear. However, it is prohibited to swim there when it is officially closed, all year round except July and August.
