One of the oldest temples on the western slopes of Mount Jogyesan, reflecting authenticity and cultural roots.
This temple is one of the oldest in Korea. But we can see that old age is good. Located on the western slope of Mount Jogyesan, this nearly 1500-year-old temple has that authenticity and cultural anchoring that other more recent temples do not have. It is in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Autumn, spring and their colours make it even more aesthetic. In the same valley, we can also see stone bridges in the shape of an arch, which are considered to be the most beautiful that can be found in the area.
