In an atmosphere and with a very successful "boat hold" type decoration, you will be served here a succulent land-sea plancha. It combines seafood, pork belly, mushrooms and soya sprouts. These flavours, which are very different, soak up each other and blend perfectly together. The best way is to finish the meal with fried rice, which will be fried with the same plancha, thus perfuming the rice with all the flavours of grilled meats. The admiral watches over us, so we allow ourselves, to accompany the dish, one or two small glasses of soju.
