This modern restaurant specialises in donkaseu (돈까스), cousins of the cordon bleu and made of breaded pork. Here, they're dripping with cheese. You can order them on their own or with a maeun galbi jjim (매운갈비찜), a dish of beef and potato starch noodles accompanied by a spicy caramelized soy and sesame sauce. You can choose the quantity as well as the degree of spice (5 levels). An excellent address far from being dietetic but so greedy and tasty.
