Right in front of the Chinese junk replica. The restaurant is on the second floor, just above a small fish market. You choose your fish at the market, where it is prepared in front of you and brought to the restaurant. It's certainly not the only fish restaurant on the coast, but we liked the "I'm going shopping" aspect. Tasting tip: mix wasabi with soy sauce and gently dip your fish in it. A trio of flavours that works perfectly and will seduce you.
