BURUNDI-TREK
This is a very active tour operator since the summer of 2013, created by two Belgians installed in Burundi for 5 years and lovers of the Great Lakes. Their 4 x 4 Defender of Land Rover doesn't go unnoticed, often parked in front of the good addresses like the Café Gourmand! In a short period of time, these "backpackers generation" have made themselves known and criss-crossed the Great Lakes roads and trails. Whether it be for a day or four to discover Burundi, whether it be for hikers or ornithologists in search of the 620 different species of birds in Burundi (or Rwanda), whether it be for photo safaris in the major wildlife parks of Tanzania (Katavi) or Uganda (Queen Elizabeth National Park) or for a meeting with the gorillas of the Du. Biega-Biega National Park in neighbouring South Kivu, Burundi-Trek responds to all requests and presents appropriate proposals (with or without children), including formulas «camping in savanna» (or in mountains), and cruises on lakes Tanganyika and Kivu. The Facebook page is very active.
