It's "the" Ethiopian restaurant in Buja, with all the specialties abyssiniennes served by a boss (Andualem) and an Anglophone staff. You eat in a yard at the back of the house, it's quiet and airy, not far from the river. The injera is made home, with tef. You can also taste tedj, a popular kind of mead in Ethiopia. Just before the bridge Muha on the Avenue du Broad by coming from the center, take the street on the left (Ganza), pass in front of the Kasuku and then turn right.
