This luxury hotel opened in July 2012 is located at the top of the Prince Louis Rwagasore road on the Boulevard of 28-November. With its monumental statue at the entrance, it displays a high level of quality (rooms open with magnetic cards!). The swimming pool and fitness room with a few appliances are free of charge for guests.
