As its name indicates, the University Circle is originally a meeting place for professors and assistants from the University of Burundi, but also for medium managers and staff. The manager, Gérard Manimpaye, has made a new development in this vast establishment, opening several courses at the rear and on the side of the main house and, behind, a lawn. The place is not always, and sometimes we have to negotiate chair chairs in order to be a group. This bar is in fact the origin of all the "Chez Gérard" cabarets opened in Bujumbura (now half a dozen).
