LA PAFE (POLICE DE L’AIR, DES FRONTIÈRES ET DES ÉTRANGERS)

Usually, we talk about "La" or "immigration" to designate this service. This is the sacrosanct place for the regularization of visas and their extension. This must be done to regularize a visa obtained at the land border (transit, valid 3 days) or extend that obtained at an embassy abroad or at the airport (one month, renewable twice, or three months maximum for tourism).

At the Embassy of Burundi in Paris, visas for one month (tourism or professional) are issued, but once this term is exceeded, it must be renewed. It often costs multiple approaches even though the system has clearly improved in recent years.
