A private independent chain of quality. It was launched in 2008 in Bujumbura by Innocent Muhozi and covers between 30% and 40% of the territory. Its emissions, 12 hours a day, are of high quality. One could at one time subscribe to watch it online, but the system has been faulty for several months.
