LES MARCHÉS DE RUVUMERA ET JABE
Some markets are popular and popular, such as those from Ruvumera to Buyenzi or Jabe in the eponymous neighbourhood (Limite limit). It sells food and first necessity products as well as some specialties. In Ruvumera, the agitation is intense and contagious. Part of the market is devoted to fruit and vegetables, but the bulk of trade relates to mechanical spare parts (bicycles, cars) and telecommunications equipment (mobile phones, batteries…). Here you can find objects stolen elsewhere… In Jabe (not far from the Mutoyi store), it's wooden furniture and metal equipment (trunk, iron rods…).
The atmosphere of these markets, especially in Buyenzi, is unique: serré, with humour but firmness, one laughs, one apostrophe in an atmosphere both family and, paradoxically, anonymous.Did you know? This review was written by our professional authors.
