The newly established establishment (2009-2010) is located in the centre of Karuzi, on the left while arriving in Gitega. The rooms operated by Chantal are simple but convenient and very clean. Most of all, it's probably more for his bar than the Karuziens, because, as Tharcisse says, a friend of the Petit Smart, "At El Manar you prefer the counter more than the rooms"! At the restaurant, you can recommend chicken, even if the order is a bit long.
