Located right in front of the small Independence Monument, on the left of the road in Rutana, this hotel opened in April 2011. It has a good situation and especially gives guests, pampered by Bosco and Victor, a magnificent view of the valley from the terrace on the floor. The sites are well maintained, but there is a great deal to be done. It is best to order in advance his meal or breakfast.
