Among the jerk centers to try in Kingston, this one is an institution. A roots atmosphere with its wooden decor that welcomes us warmly. Jerk certainly, that is to say that the chicken or the pork is braised on round wooden branches and covered, but not only. Barbecued pork chops, roasted fish, with Jamaican sauce (we advise you less the burgers); as well as all the tastiest side dishes: grilled corn on the cob, sweet potato cake, and the famous roasted breadfruit.
