The building is a 15-storey tower in the middle of some of Downtown's buildings. In all: 350 rooms and 15 suites with all mod cons and 24-hour room service, but with its aging infrastructure, it's not at all worth the asking prices. Additional facilities include a business center, currency exchange, tourist office, two tennis courts, a large swimming pool in a lovely park, a children's playground, a gym, a beauty salon and spa, boutiques and an art gallery.
