WARD THEATER
Theater, one of Kingston's prettiest buildings, home to the Little Theater Company, a cultural showcase worth visiting.
One of the prettiest buildings in the capital is located on the northeast corner of the Parade where it stands with its beautiful, recently renovated, sky blue and white facade. Since the Kingston Theater built in 1774, there has always been a theater at this address and the Ward Theater is the fourth in the line. This one, built after the 1907 earthquake that destroyed the second theater, opened in 1912. It houses the Little Theater Company and its season is very busy with the capital's high society. A cultural showcase.
