Parade, Kingston's central park with representations of the great figures of national independence, stores and more.

North and South Parade Streets frame Kingston's central park, William Grant Park, and mark the active heart of Downtown. Two great figures of national independence are represented here, Norman Manley and Alexander Bustamante. Big stores and bus terminals, a noisy and exciting atmosphere, horns and reggae sounds, traffic jams... Parade marks the energetic pulse of the city. On the other hand, the district empties from 5 pm to be completely deserted. It is of course not recommended to hang out there when the night falls.
