This gourmet restaurant at Hibiscus Lodge owes its name to the gigantic almond tree that shades its terrace. A romantic setting for a dinner by candlelight, to the sound of crickets singing, with the glittering reflections of the moon on the Caribbean Sea as a panorama, magnificent! At noon the landscape is just as splendid in the sun. The cuisine is of European inspiration, mixed with tropical touches, a delicious combination. The fish and lobster specialties are very refined. The service is attentive and personalized.
