OCHO RIOS JAZZ FESTIVAL
It is a big meeting of the jazz music in Jamaica which lasts one week and attracts the big names of the international scene.
It is a great appointment of the jazz music in Jamaica. Created in 1991, the festival was initially called "The Ocho Rios Mini Jazz Festival" and lasted only one day! Three years after its first edition, it grew from 1 to 8 days of shows and today the biggest stars of Jamaican and international jazz are on stage. Throughout the week, there are paying concerts, free concerts, exhibitions... in Ocho Rios of course, but not only. The festival is exported to Kingston, Montego Bay or Negril.
