In a rasta-colored shack in Priory, Edgar Wallace is a charismatic character known throughout Jamaica who puts on a show as much as he does his dishes. Nicknamed Pudding Man, he concocts - we guessed it - great puddings. But not only that! Here, everything is cooked traditionally on the spot and cooked on barbecues in front of the establishment, the true wood-smoked cooking method of Jamaican jerk cuisine. Even if you don't like pudding, Pudding Man will change your mind! You can't pass by without stopping.
