Since the legalization of ganja in 2015, this new concept is developing in the country: here is a bar-restaurant lounge that claims to be for medical purposes (since tourists can only consume it on prescription). Here you can buy (with an immediate prescription from a "doctor" on the spot) and consume your ganja in total freedom. The Lounge 27 27 is nice to have a drink, enjoy the musical atmosphere pulsated by a DJ, smoke a chicha, but the food is not great. A nice tourist place.
