FLOYD'S PELICAN BAR

A major tourist attraction, or rather tourist magnet, the Pelican Bar, so named because there are so many in the area, can be a disappointment. Should you go or not to have a drink and watch the sunset? You be the judge. The experience is fun, you can see dolphins along the way and it's now very expensive in terms of boat and drinks on site. Some unpleasant practices: for example, you're encouraged to engrave your name here for... 5 US$! What's more, the toilets are dirty and fall straight into the water. It's a real turn-off!
