Of course the service is a little sharp and rustic, but it doesn't matter since this is burger paradise (and fries). A small snack where the bar is ordered and only fresh produce is served. The meat is always perfectly cooked, the bread ideally bridged and the cheddar precisely melted. A wide choice of local beers or not to accompany your meal. The establishment is so successful that it has opened a second room just across the street.
