The National Association of Ecological and Cultural rural Tourism aims at promoting rural tourism. More than 2 600 pensions are affiliated with this association, which guarantees a certain quality and fixed prices according to a fixed scale. From 10 to 15 € per person at night and from 15 to 20 € per person for half board (very advantageous). The association publishes a very practical catalogue, with the photo of the house and sometimes rooms, the category, the comfort, and reporting the foreign languages spoken by the hosts. It can be viewed on the very good website, which can even be booked. Thanks to its offices in Bucharest and in each of the departments, Antrec allows you to book in advance if you wish.
