Built in the early 20th century, the prestigious eclectic-style building has housed offices, a bank, a famous French goods store... It was completely renovated in 2014 and offers 80 comfortable rooms, including 10 suites. Almost all overlook the Cercle Militaire. Delightfully old-fashioned, its restaurant, a haunt of writers and artists between the wars, serves international and traditional cuisine.
