The first hotel for five stars in Bucharest remains the highest. The view of the capital from its rooms and its panoramic restaurant on the 22 nd floor is one of the main assets of this hotel, not forgetting a privileged location in the city center and large rooms recently renovated in a modern building, nor the rooftop pool. Some parts of the hotel are still a little old but quality is at the meeting.
