Ideally situated between the beautiful park of Cişmigiu and Calea Victoriei, in a charming area. About 1 rooms in the city centre for a very basic star hotel but the value for money ratio for Bucharest. A good option for small budgets even if a few lei in addition will guarantee a superior comfort.
