The National Bank, built on the site of the famous Cellars Lui Lui (famous hostel from 1678 to 1883), has two very different facades. Côté Lipscani, the facade to terrazzo columns is that of the original building dating back to 1890. Side Strada Doamnei is the more modern part, added in the 1940 s.
