The Parliament Palace (formerly known as the National Palace) is the second largest building in the world, second only to the US Pentagon. The exterior is not very attractive, but the interior is sumptuous and amazingly well equipped. It features rooms larger than a tennis court, marble floors, pure crystal chandeliers, gilded walls and sculptural decorations. The building is so huge that carpets were woven on site. Today, part of the building is used by the Romanian Parliament, while the rest is used for international summits and expositions. Access is a 15-minute walk from Piata Unirii metro station.
It is the second largest single building in the world and a symbol of the Chauşescu dictatorship. Tours must be booked in advance by telephone and are best arranged by the hotel staff. On the day of the tour, visitors present their passport at the entrance and pay for the tour. The interior is opulent and is used for congresses and conventions. The tour lasts approximately one hour and also functions as a parliamentary building.
Fascinating building! Definitely worth the visit. It's a shame one can only see such a small part of it for such a short period of time - the tour itself takes about 45 mins.
60 Leyi ödeyerek giriyorsunuz ancak tur yaklaşık yarım saat sürüyor. Binanın sadece yüzde 4 lük kısmını gösteriyorlar. O paraya çok da gezilecek şeyler göremiyorsunuz.
There are guided tours from 10:00 to 16:00. It is better to book it in advance. The tour lasts an hour and you can see 4% of this huge building. Totally worth it though.
Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία αξίζει να πάτε,εμείς κλείσαμε μέσο Get your Guide στην τιμή τον 19€ με ξεναγό για skip the line..

Some parts were nice but wouldn't bother doing the tour.
Have a nice stroll around the Palace instead unless you are interested in the interior then you might enjoy it.
