Although the complex, which consists of two imposing triangular buildings, isn't exactly state-of-the-art, it does offer good facilities. The 120-plus rooms are simply furnished and decorated, even a little old-fashioned, but impeccably clean. The hotel's restaurant serves good-quality traditional dishes. But the main asset of this hotel is its location, in a green setting overlooking the Ciucaș mountains, making it an interesting base for hikers.
